# Lead times

Porting numbers have different lead times depending on the type and amount of numbers.

# Will there be downtime?

The number port process will typically commence at 10am on the requested date.

There should be either no or very minimal downtime, but it can occasionally occur depending on the losing provider. You will need to have pre-configured your numbers on our systems to make sure their route where you expect when the port occurs.
